Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 14, 2026
Driftel Labs (“Driftel Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit driftellabs.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
1. Information We Collect
We do not operate any data collection forms on the Site at this time and do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name or email address through the Site itself.
We do automatically collect certain non-personal, aggregated information about how visitors interact with our Site through third-party analytics tools:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- General geographic region (country or city level)
- Browser type, operating system, and device category
- Referral source (how you arrived at our Site)
- Anonymised interaction patterns such as scroll depth and click events
This data is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify you as an individual.
2. How We Use Your Information
The usage data we collect is used solely to understand how visitors engage with our Site so that we can improve it. Specifically, we use this information to:
- Measure overall Site traffic and popular pages
- Identify technical issues and improve Site performance
- Understand which content is most helpful to visitors
- Inform decisions about future content and features
We do not sell, rent, or trade any information collected through the Site to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies placed by our third-party analytics providers. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that helps these services recognise repeat visits and measure behaviour over time.
The analytics cookies we use include:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures page views, session duration, traffic sources, and user journeys across the Site. Data is processed by Google LLC and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised heatmaps and session replays to help us understand how visitors navigate and interact with pages. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation and subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect how the Site functions.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Site integrates with the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data practices:
- Calendly — used to facilitate meeting scheduling. When you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any other information you provide directly to Calendly. That data is governed by Calendly’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — see Section 3 above.
- Microsoft Clarity — see Section 3 above.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services if you have concerns about how they handle your data.
5. Data Retention
Aggregate analytics data collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is retained according to the default retention settings of those platforms (up to 14 months for GA4 user-level data by default). We do not store any personal data on our own servers through the Site.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable privacy laws, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or other regional legislation. These rights may include:
- The right to access information we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate information
- The right to request deletion of your information
- The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Because we collect only anonymised, aggregated analytics data through the Site, we are typically unable to identify or retrieve data specific to an individual visitor. If you have questions or concerns about your data, please contact us using the details below.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
8. Contact Us

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
